Confetti Creamed Corn
(aka Tommy Corn)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Confetti Peppers
3 cups fresh corn (approx 6 ears)
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
In a large skillet melt butter over moderate heat. Add the peppers, corn, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the milk and cook 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle in flour, stirring until well-mixed. Cook a few more minutes until thick and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
