Buttery Popcorn Wings

Seasoning Mix:

2 Tablespoons salt

1 Tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper


1 dozen chicken wings

3/4 cup Orrville Redenbacher popping & topping oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients for the seasoning mix in a spice shaker and set aside. Place wings in a 9x13 baking dish. Pat dry with paper towels. Rub the popcorn oil all over each wing. Generously coat wings with the seasoning mix. Place wings skin side down in the dish. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Baste, turn and bake an additional 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through and skin is golden brown.
