Confetti Peppers, LLC is an all-natural and distinctive condiment. For years
I’d been canning peppers to stock my pantry every fall. Thanks to my dear
husband, who brought me bushels of peppers from the Amish country, I had
tons of jars that I gave away to family and friends.
The
response was overwhelming. People loved them! They told me how they used
them on sandwiches, burgers, pizza, or ate them right out of the jar. They
kept telling me that I should put the peppers on the market. The demand was
so high that I realized I should do it and so we went into business.
I
made many batches of peppers to perfect the recipe. I did it because I
wanted to share this great taste with all of you. I hope you’ll love them
as much as I do.
