CONFETTI BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALAD
15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
11-ounce can corn, drained
10-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup Confetti Peppers
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 large lime
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients, chill, and serve!
