CONFETTI BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 c. breakfast sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls
½ c. Confetti Peppers
½ c. Swiss cheese (shredded or sliced)
½ c. cheddar cheese (shredded or sliced)
5 eggs
Dash salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 325° F. Lightly grease a 9x13 in. casserole dish and cover
bottom with crescent rolls like a pie crust. Set aside.
Brown sausage and drain. Add salt and pepper to eggs and beat.
In casserole dish layer sausage over crescent rolls, then peppers, cheese,
and pour eggs on top.
Cover and bake approx 30 min. Remove foil after 20 min. and bake last 10
min. uncovered. Serve hot.
