PARTY PINWHEELS
2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz size)
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix (1 oz size)
1/2 c. Confetti Peppers Hot, Mild, or Mexican Pepper Ribbons
1/2 c. diced green olives
1/2 c. diced pepperoni or hard salami (optional)
1 pkg. soft flour tortillas (large burrito size)
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add dry ranch mix. Mix well. Stir
in peppers, olives, and pepperoni.
Spread a thin layer of mix on each tortilla. Roll up. Chill. Slice into 1”
pieces. Serve chilled.
