Mexican Pepper RibbonsCONFETTI CHILI

2 pounds lean ground beef
2 regular cans pinto beans
1 c. Confetti Hot, Mild, or Mexican Pepper Ribbons
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 large onion
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 package chili seasoning mix
Shredded cheddar for garnish

In a large pot brown ground beef. Drain. Set aside. Add oil and onions to pot and cook a few minutes until tender. Stir in meat, beans, peppers, tomatoes, paste, water, sugar, and seasoning and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese. Serve with crackers, nachos, or chips.
